Three Things...

Three things, Michael B. that I want to teach you:

1. Register to VOTE! and do it, every. single. chance. you. get! Yes, Michael, that means even college, when you have to go through the process of filing out an absentee ballot.

2. Be kind to everyone, appreciate the gifts that each person has to offer. Don't judge a book by it's cover...

3. And,read the classics, for crying out loud! Don't you dare pick up "Cliff Notes." (Particularly, the Grapes of Wrath!)

***Today we did a photo op, of sorts. The shoot was for my father in law's campaign, which is almost in full swing. There is a HA-UUU---GGGGG---EEE! election coming up in our area. All of the School Board is up for re-election, as are the Board of Supervisors. It's pretty serious stuff, especially since our little guy will be heading to the neighborhood schools here in a few years. Rather than sending out a mass email to those who live in our county; I'm just going to beg you to
*register* to vote (and, to VOTE on election day), via the old blog. And, Heavens to Betsy!, if you live in our district, vote for my amazing father in law. He's the best. ; )
