No, not when it comes to the impending half marathon. I keep telling myself that I can gut it out, the time doesn't matter, blah, blah, blah; but the truth is I am so incredibly competitive with myself and I know that I will not be satisfied with just finishing. I'm going to have to be, though, because I don't think I have a PR in me for this one.
What I'm looking forward to this weekend is spending the night in a hotel, reading the Barack Obama book in the car, riding on a few slides, and most importantly...spending some much needed one on one time with Josh and Michael.
It's going to be fun...and hopefully relaxing!
