Wiped Out

Today was the Christmas party at the babysitter's house, and Michael is completely wiped out. He was in great spirits when I picked him up this afternoon, but that quickly changed the minute we got into the car. The gifts that the other children gave him were awesome. One mother bought each child a stocking, and then embroidered the child's name on his or her stocking. And, to top it off, she even put sweet little stocking stuffers inside!! Mom's certainly are amazing people, aren't they? Maybe "Time" should re-think their person of the year.... (How ridiculous was that, by the way?! PICK someone, already!)

Josh and I are continuing to bake our little hearts out...tonight we are making chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin bread. The scale just continues to go up, and up, and up.
