Michael had a blast playing with the trash can yesterday. I have noticed he's really into exploring lately. As soon as a closet opens or the dishwasher opens, he is right with me checking things out. He enjoys banging objects together, like a spoon and a bowl. He also likes to play with my "fuel belt," which is used for long runs. Basically, anything that is not meant to be a toy, is a toy...It seems that this is the philosophy of most children, right?
I must add this as well...being home with him this summer is such a blessing. I never knew he was so smart. : ) (Isn't that what ALL parents think?!?! )
