I am so happy to report that Duncan and Michael are now pals. The turning point in their relationship was the day that Michael dropped food to Duncan from his high chair. In addition to the “all done” sign, Michael let’s us know he is finished eating by feeding his furry friend. Piece by piece, he clears his tray by sending the food to Duncan.
Josh and I have also noticed that Duncan is very protective of Michael. Last week, while I was in class, Duncan slept on the rug in front of Michael’s crib until I got home. Duncan is also very eager to see Michael in the mornings, when he is released from his crate.
They’re quite a pair.
